About This Role
We need someone to provide authoritative advice and lead in system and application administration, installation, configuration/provisioning, platform planning and design, integration and release and deployment management. This is a challenging role that will further hone your knowledge and skills in this area of expertise. You will work with stakeholders, engineering team leadership and subject matter experts to serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Sales Cloud environment with prior experience and knowledge of DevOps. Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with TD Wealth users Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades Lead Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests. Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements Negotiate solutions to complex business scenarios with multiple partners and business use cases/agendas. Configuration of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Sales Cloud Execute on and report on the technical scope and client expectations. Coordinate solution testing and end user sign off.

Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate. Graduate Degree preferred. 7+ years relevant experience. Experience as a primary domain expert in multiple areas and a consultant on all aspects of operational support and solutions. Interest in improving expertise, knowing the latest about emerging industry trends, new technologies and best practices to help deliver effective client solution. Previous experience working independently and autonomously as a lead on diverse, highly-complex and multi-faceted assignments and can be an inspiring and reliable coach and educator for small teams. Strength as a key resource in technical knowledge transfer between project teams, the business and/or outside vendors. Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position. Experience and knowledge of DevOps in Salesforce.
