To learn more, visit DescriptionAbout This RoleWe are looking for someone to plan, manage, and lead the delivery of detailed system requirements and technical and functional specifications that align to standards and frameworks. You will provide technical leadership and work in close partnership with ambitious business and technology partners, project teams and stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and lead detailed functional specifications.As a Salesforce Business Systems Specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for enabling/building foundational capabilities on Salesforce from scratch. You will work with key users from different business groups to understand current business processes and identifying areas that have opportunity to be improved and/or streamlined, and designing CRM solutions that meet the business need and are in line with industry best practices.Meaningful work is fueled by meaningful performance and career development conversations with your manager.Here are the essential job functions of this position:Uncover current state pain points and work with their delivery team to design a future state solution and decompose into user stories.Provide guidance and recommendations as well as sharing best practices across business environments and industries.Contribute new products, workflows and ideas to influence the industryServe as a trusted advisor to the client and as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the internal and external customers.Liaison and establish mutually beneficial relationships with product ownersIdentify risks that threaten project success and recommend work-aroundsGet creative designing, prototyping and building Salesforce systemsBuild a clear requirements development strategy for each customer engagementCommunicate Salesforces capabilities and limitations to internal partnersIdentify and inventory customer process pain points and gaps in standard methodologiesPerform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into functional requirementsPerform business process modelling, user experience modeling and basic technical architecture diagrammingInterpret technical and business strategy roadmaps and apply a detailed technical solutionSynthesize technical and business information and present implementation needs and options confidentlyRegularly support the onboarding and mentoring of team membersEngage in strategy projects and support Business Architects and/or Strategy Consultants with Salesforce and business process best practicesWork in Agile Scrum cycle, groom user stories for the development work, participate to planning, and deliver products within the Scrum team.Job RequirementsWhat can you bring to TD?
