And consider joining the CohnReznick team.We offer:Endless opportunities to contribute to the 11th largest professional services firm in the USA unique culture that values collaboration in everything we doA team of professionals driven by a sense of excellence, integrity, commitment to lifelong learning, respect for one another, adaptability, and making a differenceA network of 2,700 professionals committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace and giving back to the communities in which we live and workVaried career paths supported by strong professional development programs and resourcesA flexible work environment with competitive benefitsDuties and Responsibilities:Ability to scope, lead and drive Adaptive implementations nationwide.Participate in and add value to Corporate Performance Management (CPM), budgeting, planning, reporting, consolidation and analysis software implementations and enhancements for CohnReznick clientsProvide insight and leading practice guidance to clients in designing their CPM solutionServe as a client liaison to translate business needs into software configuration specificationsDefine and create master data/metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, models, business rules, calculations, reports and dashboardsCommunicate with stakeholders in a clear and concise mannerPresent business case results and recommendations to executive leadership (written and oral)Ability to work with clients to develop business cases used to determine overall profitability for product and/or service line initiativesAbility to develop final financial plan, forecast, reporting and analysis with clientsUnderstanding of, and ability to interpret, monthly analyses of business trends and budget variance of financial resultsIdentify Key Performance Indicators to be used in management reviews and strategic business analysis sessionswith clientsAbility to analyze business performance and recommend action plans based on client needsWorking with clients to develop capital planning models, reports and templates with clientsUnderstanding basic cash flow statement and ad-hoc cash flow analysis/trending to be incorporated into potential business solutionsWorking with clients to define the need for, and the source of data requirements for, the planning & forecasting and reporting processesCreate final performance reports, including business insights, ad-hoc analysis and recommendations for clientsDevelop and analyze economic drivers of the business client (e.g. customer churn, renewals)Model/assess performance scenarios to analyze risks and opportunitiesContribute to growth of the CPM practice area via targeted business development activities, including working with prospects (meetings/demonstrations to potential clients, develop proof of concepts, scoping potential engagements, etc.)Up to 50% travelRequirements:Strong experience in accounting and FP&A3-5 plus years experience with a minimum of 3 years of Adaptive Insights software experience.Strong Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, v-lookups and complex formulasScripting experience (any language) preferredDatabase (relational, OLAP) and ETL experience preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasksStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to build and sustain professional relationships across functions and tenure
