Job Description Support clients with desktop, network, and Cloud Application issues. All technicians are members of a coordinated team at PCPC, but MUST be able to work autonomously and represent the company. Our culture is a client first culture. The technician must have excellent problem solving skills for troubleshooting client desk side problems, connectivity issues, and support knowledge of Microsoft Apps in O365, Apple MacBooks, and even Google Chromebooks. Rotations providing help desk support to known clients is part of the schedule. PCPC has dedicated support relationships with client sites where you will be on site for part and full day segments. Cloud app familiarity with DropBox, Google Suite for Enterprise, Sharepoint form O365 are all part of the mix. Cyber security solution experience with knowledge of Event Tracking and port /router knowledge including knowledge of NIST Framework a plus.
All applicants must take the Testing battery that is at the following link. Cumulatively it is about 1 Hr. of tests. You can take them in seperate sittings, but only a completed battery will qualify you for consideration.:

We are looking for a passionate committed technology support technician. Prior experience with Connectwise PSA is helpful. We have committed to extensive documentation procedures using IT Glue integrations. There will be several screening tests as part of the application process. Travel beyond the Metro NYC area is not required.
